I'm equidistant from Phila and NYC, on the Delaware river north of New Hope, Pa. My primary system is McIntosh & JBL Century 100 speakers. Thorens 146 and a Philips GA222. SACD player is Arcam CDS50. Huge collection of "promo" jazz CDs sent to my father, who was a well known Jazz historian. My interests are eclectic, covering psychedelia to classical to bluegrass to jazz and other genres. In the high tech industry, currently on my 11th tech startup.

Welcome. I used to live in the opposite end of Bucks county, Andalusia, PA. We were right on the river in one of those communities with a marina and golf course. It was a short walk to the county line for me there. We often went to New Hope and across the river to Lambertville. This is a great site with a wonderful group of members, best on the net.

Lived in New Hope myself. Outstanding community!
Also the home of Cables.com or something, oddly enough.
Lambertville had that nice nice Cajun restaurant....

Welcome from Schnecksville - just north of Allentown. I used to ride my bike down to New Hope; there are some great roads along that section of the Delaware river. There used to be a great record store in town, is it still there?

Welcome ...to the machine. I mean the circle. Great word syzygy, not very many outside of astronomy (or scrabble) have heard of it or know it.
