So this is a weird intermittent issue I’ve had recently. I have two Sealed Sub kits with A370PEQ amps. One of them (the left one) will sometimes turn off. I’ll look over and notice that the LED is dark. I move the switch to the off position and disconnect the power cord. When I reconnect the power cord there is a medium-loud pop and the LED glows red. I’ll move it to the on position and then to the auto position and it functions normally.
Has anyone else had this problem or know what might be causing it? I don’t listen very loud so I don’t think it’s thermal overload. I have the amps in separate boxes which act as stands under the subs. It’s only one amp and not both so maybe it’s defective?
Any help would be appreciated.
