Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone.

Ate too many oysters and prawns on Christmas - I think I topped out at 3 dozen prawns and a similar amount of Oysters.  Have a similar amount to get through today.  I suppose people in the US wondered why Oprah raved about Australia - now you know.  Also had some magnificent Chambers Liqueur Muscat that was simply sublime (from a 70 year solera and concentrated from being aged in a tin roof shed) - have a little bit of that left.  Again Merry Christmas and a happy new year.
