grungebuster Dots under tonearm collars?

I'm wondering if grungebuster Dots under tonearm collars are a good idea. Anybody try this?

The collars I'm using are 69mm and 57mm, which don't quite match the sizes shown on the web site. Can I get thin grungebuster Dots cut to those sizes?

We have lots of customers using grungebuster Dots and grungebuster gaskets under tonearm collars and tonearm mounts. Grungebuster is a superb material for such a decoupling/isolation interface. You can get a thin grungebuster sheet, 5" x 8" and easily cut Dots or gaskets to any size and shape you like. With a 5" x 8" sheet, you'll have material left over for a jillion other potential decoupling/isolation uses.
