Thanks for the input WGH. After adjusting latency to the minimum settings on my DAC and in Audirvana, I think ASIO gave me the best reproduction.
I have disabled the Realtek drivers and given exclusive access to the DAC software. Would there continue to be an effect from them?

I don't think so. I have only poked around Audirvana a little bit but JRiver also has exclusive access so the Realtek drivers should be out of the playback chain.
