1st off: Why didn't I get email notification of your post?   :duh:

2nd: That's awesome Jerry, I really dig it.
Yea, "technically", you've got me on the BPM count. However, I'd listen to these two all day long. It's awesome, energetic, and (somehow) relaxing at the same time.
But with EDM, the BPM overwhelms me (for lack of better term) and it turns into fingernails on a chalkboard. Makes me nervous.

Anyway.... I came to post this. Fairly out of character for me, but I've got a turkey on the smoker, and I've been drinking.  :wine: :jester:
Turn this WAY up, with the subwoofers on.

Not too many people/bands could get away with doing a cover of, "Shine on you crazy diamond", but wow.....

Yes, you did!
Just a few days ago, I gave Warren Haynes and Grace Potter a complement on one of their videos. Imagine my surprise when Warren Haynes replied to me.  :o
I was just a bit star-struck, to say the least.

I'm not sure if I've ever mentioned it before, but I think ZZ Ward kicks ass.

Here's something a little different.
Seems there are vinyl pressing of vintage race cars, "pit noises", and chat with the drivers.
Here's "Riverside Records: “Sounds of Sebring” (1957)"

It was 1985, I was a freshman in high school. After walking home from school, this video played on MTV every single day at around 4:10pm. The previous year or two I had seen my first few live concerts; amazing shows in their own right by Neil diamond, Billy Joel, and Lionel Richie. All attended with my parents as my father was in radio. But those shows started my obsession with live music. Then this epic video opened my eyes to the live music scene of my generation.
I was able to go on and see everything from Adam Ant and Duran Duran to Ozzy Osbourne and Iron Maiden and many more at Market Square Arena, to then see the place imploded in 2001. So many great memories of cutting school on occasion to go get in line. Oh the days of general admission!
I may of gone on to turn into a deadhead 2 or three years later but this video captures the vibe and feeling of the memories of those MSA show days more than any other and gives me goosebumps to this day. Call me nostalgic or cheesy but I can’t help but to still love this.
