I too can vouch for Dan's excellent customer service. When I received my modded Sony 5400 back from him it was DOA. I sent it back to Dan and it turns out a Sony connection (unrelated to Dan's work) had come loose in shipment. Dan fixed it and paid for shipping. What a guy!
