From the PDF on Dave's site:

Front plate: 9" W x 19" H (veneer not added)

Tweet CL: 4" horz from left edge, 5" horz from right edge, 2-5/8" vert from top edge

Woof CL: 4-1/4" horz from left edge, 4-3/4" horz from right edge, 8" vert from top edge

When plotted in ACAD, the image doesnt look right. Woofer appears too high, and shouldnt it be on the box's CL?

I'm not sure about your measurements, but I do know that the woofer is indeed off the center line.

Woofer is offset by about 1/4". That is how mine appear.
I haven't confirmed by actually measuring.

Enjoy.

Here's a couple shots of mine.
It's kind of tough to see the woofer offset in this pic.
Hope this can help you visualize.

Dave, did I ever tell you that I'm NEVER selling these :?:  :D

The only thing that looks awry is the woofer vertical distance from the top of the speaker.  I place mine about 8 1/4 - 8 3/8 from the top.  You cited 8" from the top.  This might be a wee bit tight.

I suggest you eyeball the clearance with the real drivers on your cabinet after marking the cut/drill locations.

Don't worry about a little sawdust on the woofer.  It'll wipe clean with a damp cloth.  The tweeter dome isn't quite this easy.  It is slightly rough.  Keeping this clean is somewhat important.  It's tough to wipe the dome clean.
