Doubtful...now if hospital based test equipment that used vacuum tubes made a comeback, maybe.

I used to find Telefunken ECC83, and other audiophile desirable tubes in old medical test gear.

I know....still if you ever see any vintage hospital equipment, you just might find some tasty tubes under the hood.   Same for old military electronics.

Agreed.  I recently pillaged a lot of old scientific gear that was gonna be scrapped.  Lots of 12ax7 Bugle Boys in that stuff!  :thumb:

Definitely an interesting point in history,, it was the year I was born!!! :birthday: Other than that, I sure hope finding NOS tubes isn't replying on this clicking light show.  :lol:

You're welcome, Robin!  I did struggle with where to post it but I couldn't come up with a "hook" for those circles.   :thumb:

The hook is that your's and my SmartPhone has as much memory and computing capabilities as the behemoth tube computer, yet tubes still sound better!
