Could a single servo plate amp drive (and still properly function) a set of quads if the voice coils are wired in a parallel/series combination so the amp would think it is driving a single driver and the sensing coils wired in series (or alternate as necessary) ?

Example but using 14.7Ohm drivers, not 8Ohm drivers:

From Brian's last post, it appears the A370PEQ can handle 4 drivers if not driven hard or a fan is used.  Good to know.
