questions on Mini T
« on: 28 Aug 2020, 10:08 pm »
1.  Is the tweeter ferro-fluid cooled?

2.  Will it over power a 12' x 10' room?  Even with the port closed.  Speakers will be on the 12' wall.

Thank you.

Hi tcmo

1. yes it is.

2. No it should be fine in a small room and as you say you can play with the port open or closed to allow for some flexibility.

james

I have them in one of my rooms which is only 11 by 13 on the long wall

Used to have those in a small room too.
They are great.

Thanks for all the replies.  Do the port plugs come with the speakers or purchased separately form Bryston or Axiom?

They are an extra but you can test and see if you need them by using a rolled-up old sock.

James,

They arrived Yesterday! WOW!! Whoever invented the packaging did a superb job.

I have a B135c on order to drive the Mini Ts, and I'll use a BCD-3 and a Magnum Dynalab FM tuner for the music.

Cables? Bryston 10" with spades for the speakers. Bryston for interconnects.

Bryston had made me a very Happy Camper.  Thank you!
