Geez, I've been planning to buy a Squeezebox for about 2 or 3 models now. :oops:  Looks like I'd better get one soon while I still can.

I don't think SlimDevices would of survived long term--too many other companies springing forth with wireless music server devices.  Eventually a big manufacturer like Logitech would of came up with their own device that would beat the Squeezebox and for a cheaper price.  Might as well acquire them instead as it saves lots of people their jobs and hopefully will maintain the same quality with the extra benefit of a lower price.  I would of rather it had been Apple though so we could of had tighter iTunes integration.  I hate the SqueezeNetwork software  :|
