Lone Star Audio Fest 2010 Exhibitor Reservations
« on: 13 Feb 2010, 01:07 pm »
The dates for this years LSAF are May 14-16 at the Embassy Suites Dallas Park Central. Rooms are $99 per night and the reservation code is LSA. To get the rate you will need to book by April 30th. To book a room please goto this website or call 1-800-Embassy:

LSAF exhibitors make their reservations directly with the hotel. Unlike most other audio shows, there is no central coordination of room assignments, etc. You make your hotel reservation, show up, set up, and exhibit. The hotel assigns rooms within the same general area to LSAF participants. If this infomality makes you feel uneasy think $99, because that's your room cost per day to exhibit. There's no other charge to exhibit, and admission to the public is also free. The rooms are two-room suites, so setting up your system requires no moving of beds and very little furniture movement. The LSAF is the Woodstock of audio shows.

The direct phone number to the hotel is: 972-234-3300
and they can connect you to the Embassy reservation center.

If you plan to exhibit please contact Blooze (Shane) and he will have you added to the LSAF web page exhibitor list. You don't have to be in the audio business to be an exhibitor. We have a handful of DIY'ers that bring their outstanding systems for us to enjoy every year.

If you have any questions you can contact Blooze (Shane) at : lonestaraudiofest _at_yahoo_dot_com and he or one of the others in the steering committee will try their best to answer them for you.
