Low Flow Shower Head recommendations?

Water bill here has been getting out of hand so have been thinking of putting one in and was looking for a recommendation for the cheapest decent-quality one I can find (Brand info etc). Thanks.

In my experience I used more water trying to completely wash out shampoo, soap, etc. with a low flow head than I did in a quicker shower with a high flow head.

You sure you don't have a leaking toilet?  Hard to think a shower head could make the that kind of difference.

Do you have teenage daughters?  If so, the shower head is the least of your problems. :peek:

Speakman makes some fairly inexpensive shower heads.

I've been using Oxygenics shower heads for years (I live in So Cal where drought encourages conservation).  Unlike most low flow heads, these actually feel like they provide proper water pressure, so rinsing shampoo out of your hair goes quickly and easily.  They are cheap too (check Amazon... typically between $30 and $40 bucks).  I find the plastic white ones hold up as well as the shiny chrome ones and cost less.

Speakman makes some fairly inexpensive shower heads.

I replaced all my shower heads with new Speakmans, after removing the flow restrictors of course.
They still make some good ones, though not their cheapest.
