Is this a good deal (B&W)

Came across this, and thinking I could replace my computer speakers or use them in my home gym. Currently using Swans mk200mkII on my computer.

The guy is asking $350

Marantz SR5300
4 B&W LM1
B&W center
B&W asw300 sub
