I was referring to this website, as linked to earlier in the discussion. THIS Genesis went out of business.  The one your refer to was never revived because it never went out of business.  It's was just taken over by Gary.

Nevertheless this Genesis is mentioned more than once here, and I doubt very many people are aware of the other Genesis; I’ve been an active audiophile since the early ‘70’s and it never crossed my radar?  Although “Arnie’s” Genesis may not have completely died, it came very close for several years around the turn of the century
