Thanks again for helping me on the phone today.
 
I thought you should know that I just posted a very positive comment on the Planar Speaker Asylum at Audioasylum.com about my experience today with your customer support. Thanks very much. I am 67 and not accustomed to chat rooms. I find the negativity shocking. Most people would never behave so badly if they were face to face. Disagreement is one thing, but, it is not necessary to be disagreeable in the process. As I have stated, I am far too busy to go into chat rooms, but, when I did, I found it left a bad taste in my mouth, even if it had nothing to do with Magnepan.
 
It seems that negative comments get made on this forum.  I think positive ones should be made too when they are appropriate!
