Anyone attend the Monterey Jazz Fest Friday night at the new Knight Theater? Music was excellent and the sound was incredible!! Russell Malone on guitar was great and seeing Kenny Baron play piano was a real treat.
I didn't buy tickets until about a week before the concert and got 8th row just right of center, can you say perfect seats. The event looked almost sold out with only a few empty seats here and there like someone didn't make it to the concert, I don't know how I got such great seats at almost the last minute.
