Vapor Audio - is he some sort of mad genius???
« on: 16 Oct 2013, 04:55 pm »
sorry for the lack of any kind of point here, but what he/they have been able to accomplish in such a short time seems beyond  remarkable

and the artistry/quality  of their cabinets appear insane (I've only seen pics)

these rmaf reports are convince me to try and hear some of their offerings soon and maybe get a new tube amp while I'm at it

Mad?  No, just slightly annoyed  :green:

Give us a call anytime dlon, we're in St Louis if you'd like a more intimate listen ... and anybody is free to stay in the guest room for a night.

Does breakfast come with that too?  Is the plane ticket all paid if one purchases Nimbus' and Arte Forma amps?   :P

Sure, on both counts ... I'll even pick you up from the Airport and tuck you into bed at night.

Only if you buy Nimbus or Joule and Arte Forma amps (limit is one ticket per family).  I'm sure there is a cap on the travel expense though...I didn't read the fine print.  If you choose not to buy then you have to pay for the ticket but the room and maybe breakfast is free if you do the dishes.   :thumb:

And if you have kids I think this is also included:

Twisted for sure... In a good way 8)

I was really looking forward to meeting you and hearing what are visual works of art.  I've been told that the sonics meet or exceed the optics.

My Bud Danny speaks very highly of you and your craft.

Great job!!! :thumb:

When I got to the room the Nimbus White was playing, a benign girl and guitar or equivalent, so I almost dozed off. It was nicely done but quiet... Then I requested a cut from my TSO Night Castle CDR, and that system came alive! Holy shirt off my back!!! It probably beat a live performance, and all for less than many single components at RMAF!

I told Ryan I wouldn't show the pictures. Sorry guys.... Besides, it was only once.

Suffice it to say that Dubstep was involved at very high SPL. That's all I can say.

Well, THAT makes it kinda cheap and tawdry!   Two audiophiles couldn't start a LTR?  For shame!   :nono:
