I have a pair of fully assembled NX Studio's for sale.  Crossover was fully upgraded, point to point wiring.  Cabinets built by none other than Mike Lundy.

In my opinion , they blow away ANY other studio monitor type speaker , either powered or passive. I am sure others here will chime in as well. They really do something that I haven’t heard any other speaker do. There might be other speakers that do it too, but I haven’t heard them.  The way it was described to me is : “once you hear what they can do , you can’t  un-hear it “, and I believe  that to be true.

Presuming your control room is treated well or your using DSP correction or both how do these translate after mixdown to other sources like your listening room outside the studio or car stereo?

The NX-Studio Monitors were designed for studio mixing use. They are accurate and highly resolving which lets you hear what is in the mix. If you mix something hot, you will hear it hot. If you mix something lean, you will hear it lean. Whatever you feed them, you will hear it, good or bad.

While the NX-Studios were designed for studio use, it just so happens they are exceptional home speakers as well.
