I am planning on buying a B100 and would like to know if I buy the amp now how hard is it to add the optional DAC later? Is this something that I could just "pop" in or would it need to be taken to an authorized Bryston dealer or sent back to Bryston?

Hi Mitchell,

The DAC is modular so it fits into a connector that is already installed in the B100. So you can do it in the field with some care for safety etc.
