Date Code
« on: 2 Apr 2008, 10:19 pm »
I am sure this is covered elsewhere and I apologise upfront if it has, but I have spent some time trying to find it, can someone shed light on the date code  I have a B60R with Date Code 0416.

Thanks

James,

Thank you.  If I understand this correctly the integrated has approximately 16 years of remaining warranty.

The BP25 date code or warranty date is built into the serial number correct?  Who is the best contact @ Bryston to verify warranty on a serial number from my pre?

Thanks again.

Hi,

No -- the date code is not part of the serial number.

James,

How do I determine the warranty remaining on the BP25.  I have the preamplifier specification sheet which is dated 08/17/01.  Can I assume August 2001 as the start date for the warranty?
