Holy bejumpus! Can I live in your house?

Didn’t Vandersteen design momblocks specifically for the 7s?

Damn!

Thanks! Not sure about living in my house but you are welcome to visit if you are down my way! (Australia)

Yes, Vandersteen have their own mono's for the 7's. Unfortunately too expensive for me! I love the sound produced by the Ayre MX-R Twenty monos though!

Pretty looking setup.

Given the enormous investment, my best advice to you is to find a bonafide acoustics professional to recommend some measurements and installation of good performing and aesthetic treatments.

My recommendation is Nyal Mellor of Acoustic Frontiers (google search). He is not affiliated to any one acoustic company and he is quite impartial and objective which is terribly important.

Good luck to you.

Anand.

The bass on the Vandys is tuned to the room. The drop ceiling in the room also helps. As it is the room measures and sounds fantastic.

lovely.....how does it sound with the volume turned up ..also no flea tube amp for the mids and high range considering that the room is not very large.

Thanks.

With the Vandys I can keep raising the volume control up, Up, UP and UP and everything is still crystal clear and in it's space.

Dangerous as I don't want to damage my hearing!

:D
