Does any organization produce desktop planar speakers, other than Magnepan?

I know that for a while back in the early 2000s, a company named 'Monsoon,' had some that sounded pretty good...but they disappeared.

Any other desktop planars out there?

Once upon a time, Monsoon Audio made the Planar 9. It was two panels and a desktop sub.



These were the best sounding desktop system that I'd found, at the time. Unfortunately, they have long since gone out of business. I still have, and use, my set. Love them.

You might have some luck on eBay, facebook or Craiglist. Should be able to pick up a set for under a hundred clams.

...oh, don't bother with the Monsoon MM700. They sounded like crap.
