To ECM and TedTag - any updates as your Ref 20's have settled in?
In terms of list price, when I purchased list I think was $7,600 which is a great deal given what they beat out. Don't know price now

Thank you!

So price remained same as for Ref 18 (I remember review of Chris Martens somewhere).

In my case - I can buy it anywhere (despite we have Ukrainian dealer at Kiev), no voltage restrictions and weight is not so high, 2 packed block will be around 12-13 kgs. I have limits 40 kgs as seaman.  :)

Hmm, it looks like last purchase of power amps for me.

When the Ref 20 came out the Ref 18 price dropped to $6500

Not significant difference for me. I mean - between 7600 and 6500. I wanna Ref 20.

The Ref 18 has been discontinued and Ref 20 will now shipped with the NuPrime logo on it instead of NuForce. There is no change in the design.
When NuPrime was first created, we took over the high-end line with 18 months of licensing rights to the NuForce logo so that there is a continuation without confusion.
Since then, NuPrime has grown far more than we have ever dream of, with four product of the year awards in 2015.  So it is the perfect time in 2016 to put everything under the NuPrime brand.

Ref 20 has a scaled up V3 board (for more power), bigger power supply. Increasing the power and yet improving the sound quality is no easy task.  Ref 20 has more dynamic and slightly deeper bass.  We are talking about small differences here. At this level you are not going to see big change.

2 questions more:

1) I didn't find photo of remote control unit for P-20. There is only description in words only in review of Edgar Kramer.
 http://www.6moons.com/audioreviews/nuforce18/1.html

2) Which fuses are used in Ref-20 and P-20? I have some spare AMR Golden Fuses which I am using 3 years with great results. I want to check - may be I will buy additional fuses now.

P-20 has same remote as P9 or IDA-16 (same design, different buttons function)
