Defeating Sub-1 SW Roll-Off

This question is most likely for Mike and staff at ACI. I have 2 Sapphire IITis and 2 Sub-1 subwoofers that I purchased approx. 1993. I just purchased 2 Sapphire XLs which I'm liking more and more. My XLs will be the fronts and the IItis will be the rears.
In summary, my question is whether I need to worry about defeating the high frequency roll-off on the Sub-1s.

I plan on buying a 7 channel HT pre-processor and ampifier. Since the Sub-1s are unpowered, I plan on connecting the pre-processor subwoofer/LFE output to 2 channels of the amp using a Y adaptor, thus providing identical signals to both Sub-1s. However, this means that the preprocessor will not send hi-freq to the Sub-1s. Will this be a problem?
