My RSD Black Friday purchases from 4000 Holes

Please report back on the Dead album's sound quality. I passed on it due to those concerns but might reconsider if someone twisted my arm.

Left Philly ahead of snow for New Orleans, and it's only 41 degrees here! :scratch:

Drove direct to Euclid Records, and found the top 2 items on my wishlist, Copper Blue and The Gigolo;

then with all the talk about Procol Harum over the weekend grabbed 3 titles, plus Nirvana and Allman Bros.

and could this place be any pinker?

Never been a X-C skier. Strictly downhill and mostly in Colorado. My father bought a 2bedroom condo in east vail for $23,800 in 1971 and the family still has it. All it lacks is a vinyl rig. :eyebrows:

I picked up 2 records in nice condition at a GW for 99 cents each.

Harvey Mandel, Cristo Dedentor, Philips; 1968; I have been wanting this one for quite a while and the GW comes through.

Duke Ellington; Newport '58 featuring Gerry Mulligan; Columbia Six Eye Mono

Emberrasing to fess up; 12" single I love you always forever by Donna Lewis.

It took me years to find out who sang it since the only time you ever heard it was sifting through radio stations. It's not quite rock schmaltz if you will, but pretty close. But I actually like the song and a new cartridge has lent itself to female vocalists.

I was going to go visit Gene today. That is until Cathy reminded me
that car was going in today for service. So I'll see Gene next weekend.
So where should I go ?? DD's of course. Two LP's are already spoken for.

I just bought the Jagger album back a few months ago, was surprised how much I liked it. Let me know if you like the Townshend album. I've bought 2 of his solo works in past few months and liked them as well.
