Just wanted share my positive experience dealing with Frank. I was interested in purchasing a AVA amp and I called/emailed AVA with a million questions, some of them were probably stupid but Frank always answered them with patience. Even though I did not wind up purchasing an AVA amp directly from Frank, he did all he could to help me with my used AVA 600R amp purchase.
By the way the 5 year old Fet Valve 600R I purchased sounds absolutely fantastic, I have not heard a lot of amps but this amp blows everything else I have heard away including the Parasound A21.
So thank you Frank for your patience and exemplary customer service, I will definitely be a customer in the future.
