Title: Vandersteen Model 1 Speakers - Model C or not
Post by: johnsalt18 on 23 Feb 2020, 10:16 pm: I have a pair of Vandersteen Model 1 speakers and did not realize the quality until looking at some posts in AudioCircle and a few other sites. I am trying to determine which exact model and have see conflicting information. The model number on my speakers starts with a "C". Does this mea it is a 1C or does the C have to be at the end of the serial number to denote a model 1C.

Just an FYI. I emailed Vandersteen yesterday and today they confirmed they are 1B.
