For me, it is the group "Aqua" on the album "Aquarium"
Right from the start, "Happy Boys & Girls" get my 70 ish body moving.
Includes the sort of famous "Barbie Girl".
Candy pop. Usually not a fan, but this particular set... I love it.

It would be a rare song that could motivate me to get up and dance, not the dancing type. But a Song such as Whole Lotta Love from Song Remains the Same brings out the air guitar every time. Jimmy Page is simply a brilliant guitarist at the peak of his career. I'm sure whatever he thinks he can translate that to notes on the guitar.

Wandering Soul...

Last time we saw Her band I jumped along with the band every time they started to jump..
(Check out their YouTube videos, “Reggae on the river”,”One Love”, and “CaliRoots”) ..
At around the 3:30 min. mark on “Wandering Soul” I can’t help myself ,I jump on every 4th beat..
After a Hirie show,My left knee is always swollen the next day, but it’s Well Worth it..
Can’t wait for the next show..The smaller the venues are always better, your so close to the band..!

There is a few other bands that make me jump (uncontrollably) to the music as well, during their shows..

I recommend checking them out on Tidal to appreciate the complex musical tapestries they weave.  And enjoy the sonorous bass lines.

Another new (to me) artist is Jesse Cook, a Canadian flamenco guitarist that really speaks to my soul.  Also has many titles on Tidal.

Beethoven’s 6th always makes me antsy pants but it’s the 9th when the full chorus kicks in that I’m out of my chair and it’s whirling dervish time. Sadly, family and friends no longer allow me to attend live performances of the 9th ... ever since that embarassing incident with the ushers and Security in Cleveland.
