Up for sale is my iFi iTube2 buffer. Original owner, used in smoke, pet and child free envrioment.
Both condition and performance are like new. Of course, it has the latest iPower power supply.
I used it mostly as a preamp in a desktop system and also found it worked great when used between solid state devices in the main system. It's reported to work spectacularly in front of class D amps. It probably has 500 hours on it. The tube has a life of 100,000 hours so it'll need replacing in 30-35 years.
It can set for unity gain buffer only, a VC/buffer only and a +9 db/buffer or any combition of these. The tube sound can be tailored at the flip of a switch between PP, SET and neutral as can the bass response for smaller speakers.
