Title: New User... again?

Maybe I’ve done something incorrectly, but I have already posted in the starting block and have used the site and now it is not allowing me to search/post. Is this normal?

Now that you have 4 posts you should have full access to all features of the forum.

Please provide specific details of what works and what doesn't work.
