Dan - except for the faceplace, does the KWA150SE look identical to the picture?

Hope this helps, but it's definitely not Marco caliber.  The amp is simply amazing!  Let me get back to my music.  :D

Thanks for the KWA 150SE PIC!

Lou, I already have the updated photo in the intial post.

It looks pretty sweet though, so it doesn't hurt to show it twice! 8)

Looking forward to showing with you.

Great show in Newport!  Bob Levi and T.H.E. Show have done an excellent job with venue, entertainment and everything the exhibitors and attendees need.

Day one we got things finally dialed in by the end of the day, as these things usually go, and it sounds fantastic.  Predominantly vinyl being played, through the beautiful Galibier TT, Durand Tonearm, Dynavector (top of their line - forget model), feeding our integral phono in the LS 100.

The KWA 150SE is driving the gorgeous Daedalus Athena speakers and Dynamic Design cabling throughout is doing a brilliant job of bringing it all together.

Looking forward to a great Saturday and expect to see A LOT of people here.

Thanks,

Dan W.

GREAT SHOW first of all and my hat is off to Bob Levi and the folks at T.H.E. Show who made it all happen.  I am told that there were over 6,000 attendees!

We had a great time and I want to thank my co-exhibitors: Daedalus Audio, Galibier Designs, Durand-Tonearms and Dynamic Design cables.

Following is a pictorial, courtesy of Thomas, of Linkz Design that provided us with an exceptional rack for the show:

First of all, some overall room shots!

Hi Dan,
Which 6SN7 tubes were installed for the BDP-95 in the show there?
Thank you.

I'm pretty sure those are the Sophia Electric 6SN7's.  I have a pair in my LS100 and they are VERY nice.

Thanks, guys for the info on those tubes.  I might give them a try on my Oppo and compare them with Sylvania metal plates on loan from my friend soon.

Ern Dog

Klao-  How did the Sophia's sound in your Oppo?

klao

Sorry, Ern Dog.  I've still been trying to burn the unit & PS with stock tubes, so I didn't buy the Sophia's yet.

Also unfortunately, I just sold my speakers without knowing the new pair on order placed with the dealer will arrive late for another 5 months.  Now I canly play them thru my plasma tv speakers.
