That Santoku is probably the knife you'll use the most, but I just look for reasons to use my Nakiri.  Those are really gorgeous- a true lifetime gift.  Nice.

Those are beautiful knives, and I hope they last you a life time. After the holiday season, I should go sharpen mine.

Up date on my status...

Right now I am currently six months behind in orders. Due to a couple of large orders that will be challenging to complete. IN the mean time I will continue to start and finish the orders/request from clients that have already contacted me in the past. And get them there product in time, on time.

I will continue to service everyone with the highest standard of service that is possible, guaranteed. On product that has already been ordered. But, I will not take anymore new orders for six months.

There are a couple of new knives that are available on my site, in the "store". Other than that, that's all I can provide for now. To new customers.

Thank you everyone, for your support. And I mean that in every way possible.

Sincerely,
Virgil Palmer/Palmer knives...

I
