Hey, I am cooking outdoors all year, but almost daily come sprig and summer (today cooking up Galbi Gui, Korean Short Ribs)

Lots of fun and good food this year.  Added a new cooker to the mix, a Hasty Bake.  Have not used it yet, but excited to get it fired up in a couple weeks.

I have a Grill Dome (competitor to the Big Green Egg).  I was thinking of buying a true smoker, as smoking can be done on the Grill Dome, but it's harder to do than just grilling. 

What's a Hasty Bake?
