Where are the Axiom boxes made?  I would hate to see us importing thousands of belts from China or somewhere.

Also a side note about the BP-17 box: it is a tad small.  Maybe the foam needs to be trimmed better to fit this preamp.

It doesn't matter where the belts come from whether its China, Britain or anywhere in Europe. The fact of he matter is that its as Thorman stated, Bling. I have all my Bryston components boxes, and I never see them unless I go in the attic. I could care less about a belt around the boxes as it does not enhance the sound.

I much prefer the old boxes for amps as well.Like others have said ....perhaps extra thick carboard for the big amps.
