Oh yea, why are all the bargains across the country from me?  That's hard on a Virginia boy.  Especially when seeing that single RM30 and 626R!  Either one would make for an awesome center speaker.  But, it'd be a long drive to pick up either...!

I was given a VMPS Larger by a friend. Loved it so much I sought out another. John Casler sold me the last two ultra mega 15" passive radiators. To my knowledge this was the only upgrade I could make. The improvement over the original PRs is slight but it couldn't have got much better anyway as these subs are amazing! But you know that already. One of these PRs is perfect except for its age and some dust. The other had a small puncture, pen tip sized, on its surround. It's been repaired with some latex goop. Performs perfectly and otherwise in the same condition as it's mate. I'll keep the boxes the ultra megas were shipped in and use them to ship these original PRs to you. I will only charge you the exact shipping. If eBay overcharges you I will refund the difference and if they undercharge I will invoice you. I will ship via USPS."

These are super rare, don't expect to see them again anytime soon.  The mid driver looks like it took a little hit, which caused some of the clear coat to flake off, but it seems like plastic is unharmed.  Both tweeter and mid sound great. Very neutral sound.

"The VMPS sub is a product of the old school of passive subs (circa 1996+)(The 215 Was Introduced In 2004).  It's uses a big woofer driver (12") (The 215 uses a front 15" and a 15" down-firing passive radiator) (forward facing, behind the grill) with a big passive radiator (15") facing downward in a big closed chamber (28"x20"x18"). It had quite a following for a good while. But if you're reading this you probably know all this already.

I purchased it 2nd hand in 2012. I used it off and on in an early Home Theater setup. Since then, it has essentially sat idle.

I'm selling this "As Is" because of its sheer size & weight. However, I value my reputation on A'gon and will of course honor legitimate
concerns if it proves other than as advertized. Local buyers are of course welcome to experience it prior to pickup.

Please note my other listing for a Parasound HCA-1000 ($175) amp which would mate well with this passive sub. I also have some companion electronic crossovers I could make available to the buyer at a nominal cost, if desired.
