More photos to come...

Congrats on the acquisition!!

Very elegant, even though I'm not a huge fan of wood-chassis amps. Are these the mono amps that Don Sachs did in collaboration with Lynn Olson? If so, these should offer top notch performance.

I have for a long time contemplated building Olson's Karna amp design (upon which this is based), but then I always come to my senses. While the design is fairly straightforward, the implementation is anything but. I am glad that this amp has come to life in the form of a commercial product. I'll be very interested to hear your impressions once it has settled into your system.

Congratulations.  :thumb: I run all my equipment balanced so nice to see that on the amps.

What are the small red (2) and black (1) ports near the front right corner?

 :rotflmao:

She forced me to sell my beloved Don Sachs Kootenay 120 KT88 amp in order to get these. Oh, the pain; the horror...

Apparently some folks like to manually check bias...

Any idea what they weigh? Did you order the matching preamp?

Sorry for this loss, this amp could drive anything with great sound.

Don mentioned their weight a while ago. I kinda think they’re 30-some pounds each. I’ll ask him.

Yes, the matching preamp ought to be here by next month. When are you coming to visit?

I've just placed an order for two 5' OFC power cords and a pair of 3' XLR ICs from Ice Age Audio. I chose Ice Age because I already one Ice Age PC. I'll have a set.

I'll use a couple plain Jane PCs with my excellent Hapa Audio RCA ICs until the new stuff arrives.
