It works great !  I am using an miniDSP crossover to set the high and low pass filters and levels, a Pass First Watt J2 for the high pass and a Schitt Vidar for the low pass.  Sounds great ! 

The Cube Audio driver is pretty good.  I am playing with the EQ settngs in the miniDSP to flatten the driver's response a bit, using my venerable Spendor SP-1's as a reference.  Even in 2021, the Spendors really hold up well - a wonderful speaker in their own right and incredibly flat in-room response.

You can borrow my miniDSP SHD if you'd like to fiddle around with it.  It has some upgrades over the standard miniDSP 2x4.  Dirac room correction, balanced outputs, Roon ready, AKM dacs, etc.  Let me know, it's sitting in my closet.
