Speaker cabinet care

I have a pair of Spendor S5e that have been a big part of my main rig for going on five years.  They are clad in rosenut and I'd like to keep them looking as close to perfect as possible.

I've used Pledge on occasion and it seems to work fairly well.  I have some "Howard Feed-N-Wax" furniture polish/treatment that I've used on woodworking projects and old furniture with fantastic results.  This stuff is wax dissolved in a petroleum base.  I'm hesitant to try the stuff on my speakers.  Should I give it a whirl or what might you suggest?

Thanks.
