Summary:  modern Scandinavian/compact design, clear/accurate articulation, with flat frequency (50 - 25,000 Hz) response (too much for home use?) for $1395/pair.

NuForce did supply a DDA-100 for use in the review.

Overall a good review, but I found the reviewer's observation of the AMPHION having less BASS than the KEF interesting, since stated specs and high quality measurements don't tell the same story.   

He writes: "Amphion’s claimed frequency response of 50Hz-25kHz, +/-3dB, measured nearly flat".

KEF claims:  58Hz - 28kHz +/-3dB (the author suspects a boost to the midbass, which could explain what he is hearing)

All in all a good review.
