Title: Anyone want to build some X-Statiks for a customer? Now NX-Otica's.
Post by: Danny Richie on 29 Jul 2019, 11:03 pm
I have a customer in CT wanting a fully assembled pair of the X-Statik speakers.

I sent him to Mike Lundy, but Mike told him that he was backed up on orders for a while.

If any of you guys in that area would like to build a pair then let me know. Or even if you are not in the area, let me know.

I actually decided to start some this past weekend.
I placed an order yesterday for the kit.

What kind of finish is your customer wanting?

The customer is now interesting in some NX-Oticas.

I thought that was a CNC flat-pak from Jay?

They are but they have to be assembled, finished, crossovers built, No-Rez installed, and wired up. That’s still a lot of work.

We can   send anything  from  flat packs, to glued up, basically prepped cabinets,  full  finished cabinets,  o reven fully  built speakers.
Shipping gets  a bit spendy  once  cabs  are  glued up as   the   box sizes get big  and  they are  custom  along with custom cut   CNC'd   foam.
