I've been playing the crap out of Employment lately: I find some of it smarmy and insipid, and too clever by half, but despite that I really like it. Especially the first half, along with "Time Honoured Tradition." They've got a crazy sound, with influences all over the map. They seem to me to channel Devo, the Beatles, the Stones, Duran Duran & the Refreshments, while creating their own distinct sound.
What do you guys think of them?
