I can't speak on the KEF 207/2, but I do have 205/2's and I've yet to find a weakness IMO.  Phenomenal speaker; solid bass, incredible mids, non piercing highs, outstanding seamlessness to the whole presentation.  I have nothing but good things to say.  Worthy of an audition.

  hey thks golfugh,thinkin on trying a set of 207/1 sound unheard as normal up in the sticks.the bass is said to be great.205 to 207's,look like the same speakers ??

Hardly a thorough audition, but I heard KEFs current ref line (207/2?) at HE2007 in NYC.  I was extremely impressed by how smooth and compelling they sounded.  I would have spent more time listening if there weren't 30,000 other rooms to visit.  If I were shopping in the price range of the 205/2 or higher, the KEF refs would be on my required audition list.  Just my $0.02.
