Need advice for 1st time RMAF attendance
« on: 21 May 2011, 12:43 am »
I hate the hassles of airline travel, so don't get out much (been years since I've been to Denver).

Where to stay?  (Best to stay at the Marriott or close by?)

How to make best use of the available time?

How can I link up with other ACers?  (OK, so I'll break down and buy a T-shirt, anything else?)

Cheaper to take taxi or shuttle back and forth from airport?

Any chance to find a roommate to spilt hotel room?

Stay at the Marriott. $99.00 a night for RMAF attendees. Take the super shuttle from the airport. $32.00 round trip. All this info is available on audiofest.com look at the left of the page and click on Accommodations. You'll get a name tag when you pick up your tickets.

The Hilton was nice too, it is an easy walk around the corner, the price was about the same.

A group gathers at the Marriott's Lift Restaurant and Lounge Friday after the show.
Don't newbies get to buy the first round?
