Owner Satisfaction Survey ends 4/5/11

I'm going to run this on a bunch of different sites for 30 days (end date 4/5/11) and then will tally and post the results.
This uses a simple sliding scale from 1-5 with
1=sucks 2=poor 3=good 4=really good 5=exceptional.
Please cut and past these questions into your reply.

Once this is done perhaps I can do an all-encompassing one but I might get overloaded trying to correlate all of the data.

 These numbers represent my modified scale of 2=poor, 3=fair or average, and 4=good. Sorry, made more sense. Better than poor isn't necessarily good.
