New.

And there are a few pairs of used ones on the site going for 500 CAD that you might get for even less.

Don,

Have you pulled the trigger on the Elear cans yet?

FWIW, I had a set of them for a brief period, and while I liked them, it just felt like they were not what I had hoped for.  My dealer took them back towards a demo pair of Audeze LCD-3's and could not be happier with them.

Best of Luck!

Still thinkin. Good to hear from you Freo-1
Always enjoy hearing from you.
Brick and mortar 100 miles away (Raleigh) last time I checked had a pair
on demo but haven't felt strongly enough to go try em. I am enjoying
the Sundara w/ new pads and not sure if I should try to improve the PH
or the dac/amp. Right now using the Chord Mojo from laptop.

Hi Don,

Audio Advice in Raleigh is about 3 miles from my house....they have all the Audeze headphones, when I went to listen to the Clears and Uttopias the salesperson
set me up with a $20000 Mark Levinson transport and some good jazz, nice quiet environment. His favorite was the LCD 4's, heavy but nice.

Good luck with your choice!
