Title: Amazing customer service!

Several years ago I purchased an inexpensive item but just recently got around to using it.  Well, it didn't quite work for my needs, and I'll take most of the blame for that.

But Steve took a lot of time working with me to nail down what the issue actually was, suggested a few alternatives and shipped them promptly.  I am amazed at the time and effort he spent with me on such a small ticket item.  His passion to the field of vibration control and dedication to his business really is amazing.

He's got another customer for life.

I have had the same experience every time I have ordered from them. Great products too!

    I also have had excellent service when I ordered products.
