Okay since posting the opening post in this thread, I have joined the Israeli forum and have participated in a couple of discussions.  Apparently English-speakers are welcome there, as enough participants are fluent in English to make it feasible. 

I have been using an online translator to try to understand some of the Hebrew posts, but I can't copy and paste the labels on the clickable buttons to see where they are going to take me. 

Anyway, what I'd like some help with is finding the page with their forum rules, especially those applicable to industry members.   If sometime you have a few minutes and could tell me how to get to the right page or pages, I'd sure appreciate it.
