Hi all,
I want a 3rd set of 300B tubes, their primary residence will be in my EC Studio B. Cost needs to remain under $2k.
I own pair of Western Electric and Electro Harmonix, this 3rd set need to be great tubes that will compliment the amplifier for years to come. I plan/assume on purchasing direct from one of the current manufacturers, I seriously doubt I can find or afford any NOS tubes from years past.
I would like to hear your thoughts and recommendations along w/ possible links if you know of availability somewhere. New or NOS, possibly used from well known dealer.
There is nothing wrong w/ what I have, I happen to have the funds in hand and simply want to make the purchase before I change my mind and spend the funds $$$ on a different shiny object.
